Here’s a song by a woman who is simply amazing. I love her voice and her lyrics are some of the darkest and most profound I’ve ever heard. Florence Welch, lead singer and the ‘Florence’ of Florence and the Machine is quite possibly my favourite female singer, beating Tarja Turunen and Loreena McKennit for top spot.
